I pulled i to Blue Smoke expecting a meal, but what I got was a full-blown spiritual awakening. The brisket? Oh, it wasn't just meat---it was a tender, smoky poem that sang to my soul. Each bite melted like butter, leaving me questioning every life decision that didn't lead me to this moment. And the bark? It had the perfect crunch, like the universe itself conspired to create the ultimate crust. Now, let's talk ribs. These weren't ribs---they were a celestial event. As I took the first bite, the meat surrendered to the bone like it had been waiting its whole life for my teeth. The sauce? I lived in Kansas City for 4 years, and this is the only Pulled Pork in town that satisfies my BBQ cravings! Smoke-On is great for catering as well; they cater our staff party every year and even have Jack Fruit BBQ for the vegans and vegetarians!

AHH-Mazing. Perfect combination of flavors with the pimento cheese taking these tacos to the next level. Swoon-worthy collard greens, my wife hates collards and even said these were great.

Full Rack Pork Spareribs review by Jeff

Can't write right now...too busy eating the best ribs around. Fingers are deliciously filthy from the sauces....sweet, mustard, and spicy. If you want to prove me wrong you're gonna have to try it and call me a liar....but chances are i won't hear you cuz I'll be in a well earned meat coma
