Full Rack Pork Spareribs

Can't write right now...too busy eating the best ribs around. Fingers are deliciously filthy from the sauces....sweet, mustard, and spicy. If you want to prove me wrong you're gonna have to try it and call me a liar....but chances are i won't hear you cuz I'll be in a well earned meat coma

Full Lb Burnt Ends

Holy Smokes!!!! I had to ask what these burnt ends were and when I went to order the very pleasant young man said, "you wont regret getting those". Okay my face nearly fell off when I tried these. Gotta say this is my favorite food of all times and I'm 56 so I have tried plenty. I could eat here every day. Heck I got their greens and ate them one evening as a snack watching TV. Ewwwwweeee. Those are so good. The cheesy corn rocks and the baked beans are up there with my favorites. I don't know what else to say except...get goin, what ya waiting for! ?

Burnt Ends

Best burnt ends ever made. Excellent pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and smoked chicken. But I dream about those burnt ends....?

BBQ Pulled Chicken

I've had so many different dishes and everything is great. Love the brisket tacos and salad with bbq. The pig wings are a delicious special. Their collards are perfectly spiced for an excellent side and French fries are the best anywhere. All bbq dishes are terrific and be ready for a lot of food. Tip: always check the specials for something new. But just a simple sandwich is certainly enough!

Full Lb Brisket (Sliced)

Sooooo.......was supposed to share, but i didn't. Supposed to feel bad about it, but I don't. Probably gonna get smacked and jiggle just like the brisket must have. You should probably try it... and buy extra

Cheesy Corn

It was so good! A little bit of heat mixed with the creamy queso sauce. Wonderful!

Burnt Ends

Absolutely fantastic burnt ends. Both sauces that came on the side were awesome, even though the meet does not need them. Here from New Hampshire on a mountain bike trip and will definitely be back next time I'm here.

BBQ Sandwich

After a delay we're blaming on a couple of adorable white squirrels, we rolled up to Smoke On BBQ at exactly closing time, like a couple of clowns. Expecting to find the lights out and ovens off, instead we were greeted by the coolest dude with a big smile who didn't seem bothered at all. The worst consequence was that they were out of burnt ends by then. (Duh.) We split the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, each one bbq style. (I got the bigger share as usual. Thanks, Ang!) Both sandwiches were delicious and stacked with bold flavor. But it was the tenderness of the meat that really made this food special. The (sliced) brisket and the pulled pork simply fell apart with each bite, without ever getting too sloppy thanks to the big brioche bun holding all the love together. Bravo, and thanks for staying open a few minutes late. We'll definitely be back!

Pulled Pork & Brisket

The brisket tacos are by far our family favorite!!! Everything we have had from smoke on has been incredible! The cheesy corn is also our favorite side dish! Have family coming in town soon and will be ordering in bulk from here!
